Cancellation of the request is unrealistic once the instalment has been made. No discounts will be given except in the occasion of cancellation or non-execution of administration by QikBill. The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the source account.

Billing machine which is a 3-inch or 2-inch thermal printer comes with 1 year manufacturing defect warranty and a 6 month on the machine head
The Software has lifetime warranty until the software subscription is paid for

The QikBill app can be used only if the required subscription is paid
The App will be operational for a grace period of one month from the date when the subscription was due.
Post the grace period the store/Account will be disabled

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
